Much insight lost on me, as an outsider. But I found this line intriguing: "Contrary to your beliefs, Simchat Torah 5784 showed that the Third Temple can indeed fall." Not sure how to read this. Does it imply that Israel itself is the 3d Temple?
Let me explain, Contemporary Israel is often referred to as the Third Jewish Commonwealth - after the first starting with King David until the destruction of the First Temple. The return and the Second Temple would be the Second Commonwealth - and 2,000 years later in 1948, came the third.
In the Jewish tradition there will be three Temples built and the Third Commonwealth, contemporary Israel is religious-Zionist tradition is the "start of the redemption" - the precursor to the third Temple. Therefore, the third commonwealth in this view cannot fall. My point is not to take this Third Commonwealth for granted - it can end at any time if we don't take care of it (Ben Franklin style - a republic if you can keep it).
