We would like to depart from our usual adult-world geo-political mumbo jumbo and announce the publication of a children’s book:

Amira Tells the Story of Song

The Amira stories (there are more to come) are based on the pre-modern roving storyteller. From Biblical and Greek times up until the 19th century people have wandered from town to town telling stories and enriching the aesthetic and spiritual lives of the people.
These stories are told by a woman called Amira – who wanders from town to town telling stories that she heard as a child and wants to share with “today’s” children.

We hope you and your children and grandchildren enjoy.
